The refund of the Ayodhya Varanasi tour package from Kolkata usually depends on the cancellation terms, and the services confirmed by us at the time of your booking. Refunds of confirmed hotel, transport, and darshan or third-party charges will be excluded from the eligible refund amount. The approved refund amount is usually transferred to the confirmed payment method within 7-10 working days from the cancellation date.

If you cancel your trip 15 or more days in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of your tour cost after deducting processing fees. However, there is a likelihood of partial cancellation if you cancel your tours 7-14 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows may not be eligible for any refund due to confirmed hotel and transport bookings

You will be required to make a minimum of 30% advance payment to confirm your booking. The hotel, transport, and sightseeing arrangements will be tentative and final upon advance payment receipt, which is subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation Whatsapp message or an email with hotel and tour details and vouchers before you embark on your tour.

You can make the payment to the tour operator through UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods. The rest of the amount needs to be cleared before departure or according to the payment schedule mentioned. Additional charges such as GST and taxes levied by the government will also be added to your payment for which you will be issued a receipt.
